The Pepperdine University Budget and Finance collection consists of materials related to the fiscal management of the university. Materials in the collection include budget reports, audit reports, policy and procedure manuals, accounting reports, meeting agendas and minutes, and documents related to loans and bonds. Items in the collection span from 1939 to 1984.

The Pepperdine University Campus Dedications collection consists of materials related to ceremonies celebrating the groundbreaking, dedication and opening of new buildings and other areas on Pepperdine campuses. Materials in the collection range from 1937 to 2013, and include programs, invitations, speeches, newspaper clippings, photographs, and audiovisual recordings.

The collection contains subject files kept by the Office of the Provost, during Darryl Tippens residency as Provost. Though Tippens was only Provost from 2001 to 2014, records date from 1975-2015. The types of material include correspondence, reports, manuals, administrative documents, plans for events and large projects, and general documents about or related to activity at Pepperdine University.

The collection consists of interoffice memoranda and correspondence that document the administrative activities of Pepperdine Provosts from 1965 to 2006.

The collection contains audiocassettes, printed material, and photographs from the Southern California Youth Citizenship Seminar held at Pepperdine University. Audiocassettes range in date from 1986 to 2005 (except 2002), and are recordings of speeches given at the seminars. Printed material includes speaker lists from 1981 to 2006, advertising brochures from various years, an application, and a participation certificate. Photographs depict the seminars from 1953-2009.

The collection contains professional and personal papers of Howard A. White dating from 1938 to 1991. The bulk of the materials range from 1957 to 1990 and document his professional involvement with Pepperdine University in various administrative roles, and personal documents including speeches, personal and family history, and book research for Crest of a Golden Wave.
