Scope and Content
The collection contains print and audiovisual materials related to various dedication, groundbreaking, and open house ceremonies given on Pepperdine campuses. Materials include invitations, programs, transcripts of speeches, newspaper clippings, and photographs. Also included are audiocassette, magnetic tape reel, VHS, DVcam, and DVD recordings of some ceremonies. Items in the collection range from 1937 to 2013.

Abstract
The Pepperdine University Campus Dedications collection consists of materials related to ceremonies celebrating the groundbreaking, dedication and opening of new buildings and other areas on Pepperdine campuses. Materials in the collection range from 1937 to 2013, and include programs, invitations, speeches, newspaper clippings, photographs, and audiovisual recordings.
Arrangement
The collection is arranged into the following series: Series 1: Print and Photographic Materials and Series 2: Audiovisual Materials. Within each series, items are arranged alphabetically.
Processing Information note
The collection level record was created by Jessica Geiser and Jamie Henricks in January, 2013. The finding aid was updated and the collection was further described by Lindsey Gant, Monica Case, Kelsey Knox, and Katie Richardson in May, 2015.
