The collection contain various subject files kept by Marnie Duke Mitze during her time at Pepperdine, from 1992-2019, as a Managing Director and then Chief of Staff. The types of material include correspondence, administrative documents and forms, studies, plans for events and trips, third-party reports, and official Pepperdine pamphlets and CDs related to special events.

Former Chair of Pepperdine's Religion Division and current Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Thomas H. "Tom" Olbricht serves Pepperdine's community through academia and spirituality. The Thomas H. Olbricht Papers includes correspondences sent to Olbrict from various friends and colleagues between 1956-2003, including correspondences from American poet Donald Hall.

The collection contains subject files kept by the Office of the Provost, during Darryl Tippens residency as Provost. Though Tippens was only Provost from 2001 to 2014, records date from 1975-2015. The types of material include correspondence, reports, manuals, administrative documents, plans for events and large projects, and general documents about or related to activity at Pepperdine University.
