Elaine Neale was born and raised in Agoura, Calif. This collection includes land deeds, postcards, pamphlets, maps, news clippings, and photographs primarily related to the Neale family business, the Agoura Market, and longstanding local landmark Neale's oak tree.

The collection contains subject files kept by the Office of the Provost, during Darryl Tippens residency as Provost. Though Tippens was only Provost from 2001 to 2014, records date from 1975-2015. The types of material include correspondence, reports, manuals, administrative documents, plans for events and large projects, and general documents about or related to activity at Pepperdine University.

The collection documents the various duties undertaken by Shirley Roper at Pepperdine University during her tenure and range in date from 1963 to 2011. The types of materials include correspondence, administrative documents and forms, policy manuals, committee meeting materials, and official Pepperdine pamphlets and booklets related to special events.
