John Merrick Collection
John Merrick was elected Judge of the Malibu/Calabasas Judicial District in 1964 and served on the bench until his retirement in 1986. Judge Merrick was also heavily involved in the community of Malibu from the time he moved there in the 1940s and started a number of important Malibu organizations. This collection contains a range of materials both in format and subject related to his professional life as Malibu's Judge and his work in the Malibu community.
Edwards H. Metcalf Papers
Edwards H. Metcalf was a collector, a Pepperdine University Board member, and a T.E. Lawrence enthusiast. He chaired the T.E. Lawrence Symposium in 1988 at Pepperdine University, which gave scholars the chance to discuss the life and works of T.E. Lawrence. The collection contains planning materials and documents from the symposium, as well as book collection records belonging to Metcalf.
Donald V. Miller Papers
The materials in this collection are photocopies of original correspondence, reports, and other items collected by Donald V. Miller, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Pepperdine College, related to administrative changes at Pepperdine in 1957 and 1958.

The collection includes files accumulated by Nicks and document his career in academia with a particular focus on his time at Pepperdine. Materials found within the collection include correspondence and administrative files, among others.
