The collection shows an overview of the life of Frances Easley. It includes materials from her time at Pepperdine as well as both before and after her tenure at the school. The types of materials include correspondence, photographs, diplomas, and Pepperdine periodicals.

The collection contain various subject files kept by Marnie Duke Mitze during her time at Pepperdine, from 1992-2019, as a Managing Director and then Chief of Staff. The types of material include correspondence, administrative documents and forms, studies, plans for events and trips, third-party reports, and official Pepperdine pamphlets and CDs related to special events.

The collection contains materials produced by and related to the Credits Committee. Items in the collection include printed materials such as memoranda; weekly committee minutes; student correspondence; minutes from the Orange County campus; fieldwork minutes; credit committee guidelines; and other printed materials. Materials in the collection range from 1967 to 1996.

The collection contains subject files kept by the Office of the Provost, during Darryl Tippens residency as Provost. Though Tippens was only Provost from 2001 to 2014, records date from 1975-2015. The types of material include correspondence, reports, manuals, administrative documents, plans for events and large projects, and general documents about or related to activity at Pepperdine University.

The Seaver Academic Council is the chief policy-making body for academic procedures, policies, and requirements for Seaver College at Pepperdine University. Materials in the collection include meeting minutes and agendas, memorandums, proposals for changes or revisions to the academic catalog, and reports on courses and departments within Seaver College. Items in the collection span from 1974 to 1996.

The collection contains materials produced by the Pepperdine University Academic Council (the chief policy-making body for academic procedures, policies, and requirements in the five schools at Pepperdine). Materials include meeting minutes and agendas, memorandums, catalog revisions and change proposals, and course and department reports. Items in the collection span from 1974 to 2006.

The collection contains the personal and professional papers of M. Norvel and Helen Young. The bulk of the materials range from the 1900s to early 2000s and document the Youngs' involvement with Pepperdine University; their families' lives; and their activities while based in Tennessee, Texas, and California.
