Scope and Contents

Every year Jerry Rushford would write letters to participants and attendees asking for feedback about the Bible Lectures. The files contain all of the letters and emails he received in response to his letters during his time as Director. There is some duplication within the folders because he would send copies for the Presidents of the University to read and would annotate copies to be included as excerpts in Pacific Church News.

Scope and Contents Files contain budgets and actual costs of the lectureships, expenses, receipts and disbursement statements, reimbursements for travel, costs of meals, inter-office correspondence about budgets and contributions, gift and matching gift statements, profit/loss statements, correspondence about the royalties of the lectureship recordings, meal ticket prices, sales at the lectures, lists of contributors, invoices for sound and lighting equipment, invoices for plaques, and registrations and...

Scope and Contents

Files contain letters and emails sent to Jerry Rushford or the lectures team about the Bible Lectures. The correspondence includes people recommending others to speak or be honored at the Bible Lectures, people accepting or declining invitations to speak, future speakers confirming or working on their titles with Jerry Rushford, people writing to say how much they are looking forward to the lectures, and other general correspondence relating to the lectures.
