4. Annual Reports and Plans, 1943 - 2009

The series contains annual reports created by the library staff at the end of a school year to highlight events during that year, library statistics (such as numbers of books checked out, bought, or weeded), budgets, and other information. Some folders may also include materials collected from that school year and placed with the annual reports in binders kept by the librarians, including staff and student photographs, newspaper clippings, or flyers. The first library annual report is more of a library historical description, and was never completed. One annual report from the archives is also included.
