The Malibu Natural Disasters Collection contains photographs related to natural disasters that have occurred on the Pepperdine campus or in the surrounding Malibu area between the years 1983-2007. These disasters include fires, storms, flooding, and an earthquake.

Abstract
The Malibu Natural Disasters Collection is comprised of photographs of natural disasters that occured at Pepperdine University and the surrounding area of Malibu. These events include several fires as well as an earthquake, storms, and flooding. The collection also includes photographs of benefits for these disasters.

The Malibu Natural Disasters Collection is arranged in chronological order by occurance of each disaster.
