3. Personal Papers, 1985-1998

Series Three contains the correspondence of Dan Anders, including incoming and outgoing correspondence from church and Pepperdine community members, as well as notes and letters of appreciation to Dan Anders. It also contains the log of sermons preached by Dan Anders from 1985-1998. The role of women in the church was much studied and discussed in the Churches of Christ during the time that Dan Anders was the preacher at Malibu Church of Christ. This series contains material on the role of women in the church from the Malibu Church of Christ. This series also contains photographs from the farewell celebration given by the church to Dan and Judy Anders in 1998.
