The series is comprised of letters, scripts, storyboards, set notes, casting notes, memos, photographs, memorabilia, autographed headshots, posters, and videotapes. The bulk of the records are from Moore's time working behind the camera in Hollywood, first as a member of the prop department and later as an assistant and second unit director, beginning in the 1933 and continuing until 2000. The series also includes items from Moore's involvement in entertainment industry related events after his retirement. The series is arranged alphabetically.
